It did take my husband a little more time to put the swingset together. The hardware is all packaged seperately and marked to make installation easier but to put together the frames, it has two different sized screws so we had a little rework to do. Also the top frame piece, thier is a top and bottom to that so the swings fit in propertly. I am happy with my purchase and impressed with Hayneedle. My 2 year old is just a little small for the gilder and teetor totter but with help, she is having fun with it. She can use the slide independently and swings. My 3 year old can use everything except the rings which are a little tall for him to reach. The swing is something that they will not outgrow for several years.

I did lots of reasearch and wanted an inexpensive swingset for my 2 and 3 year old. I compared this swingset to other companies and this one is the best priced for your money. I was impressed that shipping on this patricular item was only $10 and Hayneedle did not increase the price to compenstate for that. Other companies were charging an average of $80 to deliver this product and had it priced the same. Hayneedle sent emails regarding confirmation and shipping and the package came one day early. It arrived in great condition and everything was included.

This swingset is perfect for our kids-age 6 and 21 months. The 6 year old enjoys the rocket rider and stand-up swing, while the 21 month old LOVES the slide. We chose this swingset because of the number of activities it provides and the ability to adjust the height of the chains on the swings-a criteria for our 4 foot child. We needed a swingset to entertain a wide age range and this one does just that. One thing that was disappointing in assembling the swingset were the lack of detailed directions leading to steps having to be redone later on in the assembly process, pieces mislabeled in the directions, and weak plastic for the see-saw seats. Another thing to consider is the dark plastic attracts the sunshine, so unless the swingset is going to be under a shade tree, be prepared for hot plastic-which is the case for most slides/swings even at a park. Overall, the product is bringing a lot of enjoyment for my kids, and so the frustrations of assembly were worth it!

The product was ordered via internet Monday evening and arrived Thursday afternoon using standard shipping and arrived in good condition. I had contacted customer service prior to ordering the item and had a polite representative. After assembly, I had to contact customer service and again received a prompt response to my request and a helpful representative.

Honestly I wanted a Swing set that had a glider. I looked at swing sets for months. This was the only metal swing set that had a glider. Most swing sets that had gliders are Wood, Vinyl or metal in the upper hundreds or thousands. I was so.. happy to find one that was a great price and spend alot less money. Now we have money left over for a trampoline. :) The kids love it.

After months of searching I found the swing set I wanted. It was on a well known site. When I started to order it I was so.. sad it was out of stock. Then I googled and found this swing set on Hayneedle. I was a little worried I am not a risk taker. I had not order from hayneedle before. But I wanted this swing set so.. bad I took my chance. I have been so.. Happy I ordered this on a Satuarday it was delivered by Thursday.

Read and re read the directions! We have only played on the set a couple of days now. The kids really enjoy it except the teter toter seats broke off on the first attempt to ride. Should be a simple fix with large washers but very disappointing. The anchors won't work for our site just because we have very soft soil. Overall for the money I would still recommend this product except for the design of the teter toter seats.
