Warranty for Fun Centers:
Full 1 Year Warranty on any components that fail due to faults in workmanship or materials. In case of such failure, SportsPlay will repair the parts, or send replacements if hte parts cannot be repaired. The assembly of the replaced parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
Limited 10 Year Warranty on Fun Center and Metropolis main structures and galvanized steel structures against corrosion or deterioration caused by defects in workmanship or materials.
Limited 3 Year Warranty on all Tot Town Fun Center polyethylene and plastic components against failure caused by defects in materials and workmanship.
Above mentioned warranties do not include cosmetic matters or normal weathering such as scratches, dents, marring, and fading colors. The above warranties apply under normal use, proper maintenance and installation. Misuse, vandalism, lack of maintenance, and/or improper installation voids these warranties.
Lifetime Warranty is offered on the following products:
Aluminum Domes, Aluminum Rings, Grilles, Ponies, Cast Aluminum Backboards
If any of these products are damaged under normal use conditions, return the broken parts to SportsPlay's St. Louis plant and SportsPlay will send you a brand new replacement. You pay only the return and outbound freight.

Warranties apply to structural failure caused by defective materials or defective workmanship. Damage from vandalism, incorrect installation, abnormal use, severe weather or fading of colors is not covered under the warranty nor does it cover the cost of freight or labor for removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.
