Product Guarantee

The Flexible Flyer warranty covers your product for (180) Days against defects in material, workmanship, and rust on painted parts which compromises the structural integrity of the product when used for the purpose intended, normal conditions, and provided it receives proper care and maintenance. Surface rust is not covered under warranty. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser with a receipt and is non-transferable. Flexible Flyer will provide a replacement part at no charge for any part found defective during the warranty period. This limited Warranty does not cover Flexible Flyer products which: fail due to (1) normal wear; (2) abuse and neglect; (3) improper maintenance; (4) unauthorized repairs or alterations; or (5) are used for commercial or other income producing purposes; or (6) accidents and misuse.
